You need to backup your account to Google drive before doing this trick.its necessary and compulsory before doing this trick

Steps
1.go to whatsapp>>settings >>account
2.click on delete my account
3.Dont worry your account wont get deleted
4.after deleting,then go to whatsapp
5.then type the same number,with a new account,
6.you have unblocked your profile ,
7.you can send message to whatsapp contacts who have blocked you
